How do I activate my Gila Hank account?

Once you have applied to EAC, you can contact the Records and Registration office at 928-428-8270 to receive your Monster ID and your Student ID.

Next, go to eac.edu. Select the Gila Hank icon is in the ribbon on the middle of the page. Use your Monster ID as your username and your Student ID as your password to log in. You will be instantly prompted to change your password from your Student ID into a password of your choice. Your Monster ID will remain as your username. This new password will be your password to access Gila Hank, MonsterMail, Canvas, and the student Wi-Fi.

It takes about an hour for your MonsterMail to activate after your Gila Hank account has been activated. It is recommended to check your MonsterMail frequently for information regarding:

  • Financial aid
  • Scholarships
  • Housing
  • Class registration
  • New student orientation
  • Memos from your instructors
  • Announcements, updates, and reminders
